A very interesting take on tranquility with respect to different areas/places. It is a great strategy to “map” your tranquil areas. I never thought about calmness in this manner and the process is definitely worth a try.

Great way to look at being in a tranquil state. I enjoyed the variety of plans, the maps and steps. I would greatly recommend this book to anyone who needs this in their life. I found it very enjoyable and useful, even started using it for myself.
